When suffering from grief, it's hard to celebrate. When Shayna passed away, I didn't feel like celebrating anything. Holidays, anniversaries, and birthdays were unbelievably painful. The words grief and celebrate hardly go together.

Friday, January 13th, was the eighth birthday since Shayna's passing. I've learned a lot over the years. In this video, I share with you what works for many of my clients and for me.
